About the Self Advocate Entrepreneur

Jacob Stretton was born in 1997 and is a lover of animals, music and movies. He also has Down syndrome. Jacob graduated from Mohawk College in 2019 from the Community Integration through Cooperative Education program. He enjoys being creative and learned how to make candles. As a result of this, Jacob started his own business in 2021 — BU Candles.
